Conditions
- The event company and venue provider accept no responsibility for any accident, damage, death, or inaccuracy on any written or oral statements by speakers in connection with any event on offer.
- On receipt of the registration form, an invoice will be sent and payment should be received by the due date. Failure of this will result in the sponsorship opportunity being made available to other interested organizations.
- The event organizer reserves the right to change the venue and duration of event if exceptional circumstances demand. Reasonable efforts to avoid such circumstances will be duly made.
- In the case of sponsorship withdrawal, written notification should be sent to the event organizer. Unless that particular area of sponsorship is resold, the organizing company reserves the right to retain the monies received.
- The organizing company reserves the right to accept or reject any application of sponsorship and return any monies received.
- Sponsorship packages will generally be allocated to organizations who apply earliest.
- Allocation of sponsorship packages is at the discretion of the event organizer, whose decision will be final.
- All sponsors taking up exhibition space acknowledge that the event organizer and venue provider will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor property. All exhibitor material and equipment remains the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
