• The event company and the venue provider accept no responsibility for any accident, damage, death or inaccuracy on any written or oral statements by speakers in connection with any event on offer.
• On receipt of the registration form, an invoice will be sent and payment should be received by the due date. Failure of this will result in the sponsorship opportunity being made available to other interested organizations.
• The event organizer reserves the right to change the venue and duration of event if exceptional circumstances demand. However, reasonable efforts to avoid such circumstances will be duly made.
• In the case of sponsorship withdrawal, written notification should be sent to the event organizer. But unless that particular area of sponsorship is resold, the organizing company reserves the right to retain the monies received.
• The organizing company reserves the right to accept or reject any application of sponsorship and return any monies received.
• Sponsorship packages will be generally allocated to those organizations who apply earliest.
• Allocation of sponsorship packages is at the discretion of the event organizer, whose decision will be final.
  
  

All sponsors taking up exhibition space will be required to acknowledge that the event organizer and the venue provider will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s property and that all exhibitor material and equipment is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
